Thank you for your interest in our products. Each of our items that you see on this site are individually handmade one at a time by us at our studio in Pasadena.
Because of our unique one-of-a-kind, handcrafted nature of many of our leather pieces, please note that delivery may take as long as 6 weeks, more or less, on some specialty items. Many of the products are shipped within a few weeks. All of our items are individually made to order for you, the customer, please be advised that we make every effort to ship as soon as possible. Quality hand-work takes time and we do not compromise our standards by rushing an order.
We use US Postal Service for shipping our products. Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2 weeks from the receipt of your order for in-stock items. During peak holiday seasons, please allow ample delivery time for the Postal Service to deliver.
Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an confirmation e-mail detailing your order. Delivery is approximately 2-4 weeks (maybe longer) depending on the time of year ordered and on the complexity of the item. All items are made in the order received.

We guarantee our products to last for years. Our leather items are made with fine craftsmanship and excellent materials. Wrinkles, scars, or other subtle variations are inherent qualities of natural leather and do not affect the strength or quality. We make every effort to ensure you are satisfied with your order.
If you are not completely satisfied with the product, please contact us and we will remedy your complaint immediately. Your complete satisfaction is our priority.
